a. Discuss/action on approval of the City of Annona Water Conservation Plan and adoption of resolution adopting the Water Conservation Plan in accordance with applicable Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements.
b. Discussion/action on approval of a resolution authorizing submission of an application to the TWDB WSIG Program for water system improvements.
c. Discussion/action on approval of a resolution authorizing signatory delegation for related components of the TWDB WSIG Program.
d. Discussion/action on approval of Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”), made and entered into pursuant to the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791, Texas Government Code (the “Act”), by and between the Ark-Tex Council of Governments, hereinafter referred to as “ATCOG”, and the City of Annona, Texas, a local government, hereinafter referred to as “City”.
e. Discussion/action on approval of the contract, (the “Contract” or “Agreement”) by and between the City of Annona, (the “CITY”), a General Law City, and Freeman-Millican, Inc. (“ENGINEER”) for the Professional Services Agreement CWSRF Wastewater System Improvements.
f. Discussion/action to authorize the Mayor to execute the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Application Affidavit (Form TWDB-0201) and any related documents required for the City’s application for financial assistance for water system improvements.
